More changes at 3

3 has hired Media Strategy as its public affairs agency, ending its relationship with Lexington Communications which had held the account for four years (http://hi-techpr.blogspot.com/2005/06/3-reviews-public-affairs.html).

As well as beating Lexington, PR Week reports that Media Strategy won the pitch against H&K, AS Biss and Four Communications.
