Caudwell hires financial PR agency
PR Week is reporting that Smithfield has been appointed by The Caudwell Group (owner of Phones4U) to provide financial PR support.
In August, NM Rothschild was appointed to advise the group on its strategic options. Founder John Caudwell is widely believed to be looking for an exit strategy either through an IPO or a trade-sale.
